How to order and receive a food pack

Data Protection Policy

Jubilee Storehouse collects personal information to provide food packs relevant to people’s needs. We only use this information to run the food bank. We aim to hold information that is accurate and up-to-date, which is only kept as long as necessary. The information we have is kept safe and processed according to people’s rights.

Please note

Please be aware that we can offer a household in need a maximum of one food pack every two weeks. We support an average of 150 people a week so we are not able to provide more than one food pack per household per fortnight. Thank you for your understanding.

As an agency

Phone us between 9am and 1pm, Monday to Friday, and we will take the details of your client and any special needs they may have. We normally arrange that you or your client can collect a food pack from Jubilee Storehouse between 10am and 2pm on the same day.

Fill in our online form to request a food pack. We will text you to confirm when the food pack will be ready to collect.

Jubilee Storehouse food bank is at St. Anne’s Church in Penparcau. You will find the church at the top of the village just above the mini roundabout. Please park opposite the church by the Neuadd Goffa and be careful crossing the busy road in front of the church. You can walk up the steps or the sloping path to St. Anne’s Church (SY23 1RY). Please ring the bell on the front door to collect your food pack. Volunteers will come and ask your name and then bring you your bags of food.

As an individual

Please contact a support agency which will phone us on your behalf and help you to resolve your difficulties. Citizens Advice is a good place to start. Ceredigion Citizens Advice can be contacted on 01239 621 974 / 01970 612817 from 10am to 1pm every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
If you are in crisis, then please phone us on 0800 242 5844 between 9am and 1pm, Monday to Friday, message us on the Jubilee Storehouse Facebook page, email us or use our online form and we will give you a food pack by 2pm, if you contact us on a weekday. Then we will suggest an agency to provide you with ongoing support. Due to very high demand for food packs, regular users must apply through an agency.
