Our phone line is answered by volunteers from 9am to 1pm, Monday to Friday. An answerphone operates at other times. We will respond to answerphone messages on the following working day.
The food bank issues food packs from 10am to 2pm, Monday to Friday. We are closed on Bank Holidays.
When you need to collect a food pack, please come to the top of the steps of St. Anne’s Church in Penparcau (SY23 1RY) and ring the doorbell. A volunteer will come and bring your bags of food to you.
